Update 1.3.0, aka Tables And Tables

ok, last update release was a disaster...

so im making this like half a month early so i dont have to rush it out last minute!

(i did anyway)

aight, changes time!

-Updated the Home page to remove the Love Thingy

-Changed links to be on a table (thus allowing Gifs to be placed!)

-Updated "Under Construction" section on the Home page

((this things are the 2 major thing of 1.3))

 -Updated the version counter up to 1.3 (may change drastrically next update)

-Updated Bi-Weekly Fun Fact (no longer being removed) ((for now...))

-Still NOT added the new art (ngl now it's just procrastination...)

-Changed one 88x31 for another (the "barcode" for the "Green Room" one)

ok so uh, originally his update wasnt meant to exist

untill i remembered that i cant have valentine's untill MARCH.

so yea.
